    How glamping houses near a hotel, sanatorium, medical center or resort cluster use common services and increase the profitability of the territory

    Glamping in a hotel or resort cluster is one of the most practical forms of tourism development, and it doesn't require you to build a whole business from scratch. It already has a point of attraction: a hotel, a sanatorium, a medical center, a restaurant, a bath complex, SPA, routes, transfers, a management company, or even a formed tourist flow. Glamping is embedded in this system and quickly expands its capabilities.

    The main advantage of this format is speed. To build a new capital building, you need design, foundation, engineering networks, approvals, construction cycle, finishing and a large budget. Glamping houses can be installed faster and run in stages, which allows you to check demand, increase the number of rooms, create a new type of accommodation and not overload the project with heavy construction.

    This is particularly important in Altai, because many of the strong locations have complex terrain, forest, slopes, springs, viewing areas, restrictions on access and high natural value. It is not necessary to build a capital building everywhere. Sometimes it is better to leave the area light, put warm houses and give the guest a more direct contact with nature.
